Standing exposed in public would be enough to humiliate and damage a person deeply, but a certain group of individuals around the world thrive for the experience and thrill behind possibly being found naked or having sex in public.
Today I will talk about who these people are, what makes them seek out something most people would be humiliated doing and more about the culture behind exhibitionism and the society outside of this fetishistic bubble, because without that society exhibitionism, public sex, and outdoor fucking would have no base to stand on.

Many Asian societies have adopted a passive cultural attitude, primarily seen on the streets in Japan. It is sometimes amazing how every individual keeps to themselves, seemingly in their own personal bubble. Japan is a jumble of manners and unrequited sexual desires stirred up in it's societies culture; one can watch naked females on late night TV, purchase school girl's panties in public or enjoy a night in a 'love hotel' in the middle of downtown Tokyo. But, amazingly their laws actually prohibit detailed graphical representation of genetalia! You will see much Japanese porn shot and edited later censoring any graphic images of the stars genitals.

Exhibitionism in Japan meets these two worlds in a clash of decency. The pornography available depicting persons having sex in public is amazing by the world standard. A couple could be fucking doggy style in the back of a store while people are shopping, and some people walk by unfazed! (She even continues to pay the clerk for products full nude with cum running off of her ass.) Male passengers grope girls in trains, while no one moves a finger to stop the molesters. Video's have been shot of people having sex on trains, not in the bathroom, but right their in their seats while still in full view of the other passengers -- who simply sit still in their 'bubbles' waiting for their stop, seemingly unaware of the obvious public sexual act occurring right in front of them.

Why do exhibitionists do it (in public no less)? The common answer is the thrill involved. Most exhibitionists choose semi-secluded locations to get naked and/or have sex. They enjoy the thrill of the possibility of being caught doing something wrong, in turn this thrill gives them a greater sense of urgency and excitement which enhances the sexual experience.
Alternatively some exhibitionists are showmen/show-women it isn't the thrill behind being caught, but the enjoyment of knowing they are being watched -- Also seen as a form of narcissism. The narcissistic exhibitionists seek out to be seen, and make sure they are being seen nude. This can be achieved in this glorious day and age while they are home alone as well, thanks to the Internet. Nymphomaniac exhibitionists can enjoy being watched 24/7 via web cams and high speed internet connections, many of which charge memberships. This is one of the safest forms of exhibitionism, although restricted to a smaller percentile of the population and typically seen as narcissism at it most profitable.
Finally the flasher, when a narcissistic exhibitionist must be seen by their targets they take to the streets and are typically unwelcome by everyone. Exposing themselves only for a few seconds to un-expecting prey the flasher lives for that moment, they memorize every detail of the other persons' reaction and get a rush from the flash. Although their motivation is varied, the flasher is typically male, single and lonely. They seek out that fleeting moment of attention and later enjoy themselves remembering the incident.
